Twelve years ago, Andreas flew into Malta and began building what is now Fortis. With an entrepreneurial spirit filled with international flair and vision, Fortis sails forward in pursuit of new business opportunities and innovative projects. In his free time, Andreas enjoys indulging in culinary delights at exciting restaurants and spending time with family and good friends.

Victor has moved to Malta from lovely Gothenburg. With him, he brings many years of experience in leadership, business development, growth, and sales. In his free time, he prefers to spend time with his family and good friends, preferably on the beach, in, or on the sea.

Works as COO and is responsible for Fortis' many projects. Made a smart decision in early 2018 to leave Sweden's rainiest city, Borås, and move to the pleasant Mediterranean island of Malta. Dedicates some time to various forms of exercise such as gym, padel, and hot yoga. Free days are preferably spent by the sea or at a nice beach club with a glass of prosecco in hand.

Has been working at Fortis since 2015. Former cameraman who now oversees Fortis' marketing. Has a great interest in sports and follows everything from cross-country skiing to snooker. Favorite teams are AC Milan in football and Seattle Seahawks in American football.

Has been working at Fortis since 2016 and is responsible for the logistics of all projects. Enjoys politics, pétanque, and pastis.

Studied behavioral science at Stockholm University and spent a year on exchange in Chicago. Now felt it was time to embark on a new adventure in Malta. Has always worked with people in one way or another: in restaurants, schools, and HR - because being with other people is where she thrives the most. Loves all sports involving ball contact and has an unusual talent for speaking fluently in reverse.

Raised in beautiful Skåne before moving to the forests of Dalarna to study human resources. After that, also lived in Stockholm and worked as a consulting manager. Has worked extensively in recruitment and chose to continue on that path in the sunny Malta. Considers herself part of the best department in the office!

Raised in Stockholm with roots from the forests of Norrland, she moved to Malta directly after finishing school to live in the warmth and continue her career on the Mediterranean island. She began her journey at Fortis in project management and now works in recruitment and office management. In her free time, she enjoys taking lovely walks with her dog, socializing with friends, and having a nice drink on the beach.

Departed from Sweden's capital in August 2021 to pursue her dreams. Works as a project manager for many of Fortis' various projects. My drive is based on challenges and juggling many tasks at once. The Mediterranean island of Malta is a perfect place for me as I love the warmth and want a fast-paced daily life. The most important thing for me was to be able to cook Swedish tacos - check!

The Malmö guy who often lightens up the dance floor. A passionately devoted fan of 80s pop. When he's not "gibbing" in Minecraft in his spare time, he enjoys watching Downton Abbey or The Crown. He loves stir-fried food and absolutely anything that contains coconut!

Simon chose to take the leap from Avenyn to Malta to do what he's a pro at, coordinating and project managing alongside the management team to reach great heights. If you want to talk about the top list on Netflix, odd entries in Eurovision, or just drop by for a good chat, the door is always open.

A Stockholmer with a background in customer service who later transitioned to project management. In his spare time, his burning passion for football takes the top spot on the agenda, and despite his upbringing in Norrort, Melker's sympathies lie with the southern green-and-white parts of the city. Apart from football, he enjoys climbing when time allows, along with a good beer or two.

Born in Stockholm, raised in the wilderness of Småland, and lived in wonderful Skåne for 5 years before landing in Malta in June 2023. As a trained Event Coordinator, she was interested in project management, and the decision to settle here felt absolutely right!
Outside of work, Ebba exercise when motivation strikes, go out and enjoy a good beer in the sun, or have a cozy night in with her partner and their cat, Hasse.

Moved from the small town of Eksjö to Malta in 2023. She has a background as a nurse in emergency care but wanted to take on new challenges in connection with the move to sunnier latitudes. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out at the beach, or working out!

After living abroad for several years, including in the Netherlands, Austria, the United Kingdom, and South Africa, it was only natural to continue my career overseas in Malta. With extensive experience in customer relations and project management within the events industry, it made sense to pursue that path here. Outside of work, sports is a big interest, preferably enjoyed with a good pizza and a cold beer.

Anna has relocated to Malta from the front page of Sweden - Gothenburg. With her, she brings about 10 years of experience in the security industry, an equal amount of time in customer-oriented roles, and a fair share of experience in warehousing and production.
The ultimate relaxation in her free time is sinking into a really good book, immersing herself in another world and getting absorbed in someone else's challenges and adventures. And sunshine.

Born and raised on Sweden's most beautiful island, Gotland, but has spent the last 20 years living in Stockholm. Emil has previously worked in the fitness industry as an operations manager and later as a business developer, but in recent years, he has been a sales manager in various projects and industries. During high school, Emil attended a hockey-focused program, and his burning passion for hockey still thrives today.

Raised in Uppsala and has worked in the IT industry as a developer/customer manager but has spent most of his professional life running businesses. His strengths are being driven by customer satisfaction, being solution-oriented, and seeing opportunities in challenges. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends by the sea or lake, and of course, the guitar is always with him!

Swapped the gray Swedish everyday life for the colorful Spanish one in 2018 and have been living life to the fullest since then. With 10 years of experience in the industry, including everything from sales, anti-churn, and customer service to running his own call center, he switched to Fortis in Q1 2024 thanks to the company's values regarding quality sales. Favorite pastimes in his spare time include football and barbecuing, with future visions of starting his own game development studio!

A Finland-Swede with strong leadership skills and an impressive military background. He has taken on challenges ranging from personal trainer to training coastal rangers, and now as a proud father, he is always looking to develop and grow. His free days are spent with his family or at the gym, and in the evenings he sings lullabies from Moominvalley.

Raised in a multicultural family in Finland, she has explored life in several different countries. In 2020, she moved from Stockholm to sunny Valencia in Spain. With many years of experience in sales and customer service across various industries, she has built up a solid professional competence. In her free time, she enjoys learning new things and stays active through regular workouts at the gym.
